
I just want to raise HP awareness that this might work against the company efforts to make a great product. Please, consider my sincere apologies and know that this is nothing personal. Scans at twice the rate of finger inputs. What I expect from HP support team is an outlook to solving the problem which seems to bother everyone and that's been raised over and over without a positioning. Apples been tight-lipped on this pointers finer points, but heres what we know for sure: Bluetooth 4.1. Moving beyond this obvious observation, we could think about how to improve CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. the claim that the battery can last 10hrs is just a. unfortunately, the SP7 is design lemon (so is 4,5,6) / terrible software design (firmware). I am aware that HP Tilt pen does not have an app to check on the battery and that the blinking light tells when the battery is running out. I have a brand new Surface Pro 7 (Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) that is only providing around 4 hours battery life, rather than the advertised 9-10 hours.


Whether my post was completely misleading and confusing or the answer was the standard, which insults everyone's intelligence and delegitimizes this Forum as contact channel with HP customers - sorry this harsh but honest comment. The extra money for the Apple Pencil gets you extra hours of battery life (though, as we say, because the Crayon is better at preserving battery, it’s hard to say exactly how beneficial that will be in practice. I do not know what to think of this reply. The Apple Pencil costs 89/99/AUS145, while the Logitech Crayon costs 60/70/AUS120.
